• Your voice profile. The style summary generated from your samples.
• Content you generate. The drafts MyVoice produces for you.
• Contact details. Your email address if you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Basic usage data. Standard technical information needed to run and improve the service.

How we use it

• To analyze your writing and generate text in your voice.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To contact you about the product if you have given us your email.

Your writing is yours

You own your writing and the content you create with MyVoice. We do not sell your writing. We do not use your personal writing to train shared or public AI models. Your samples are used to serve you.

AI processing

To generate text, your writing samples and requests are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) solely to produce your results. We do not grant them rights to train their models on your content.

Data retention and deletion

You can request that we delete your writing samples, voice profile, and account data at any time by emailing us. We will delete it within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your rights
